Vegetable Valley - Stage 3 is the third stage of the first world, Vegetable Valley, in Kirby's Adventure and its remake, Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land.

Overview

The stage begins in another grassy plain, with a Cappy and Shotzo immediately to the right. Another Shotzo lies behind the first, though this one is suspended on a Star Block over a very thin bottomless pit. Removing the Star Block will cause the Shotzo to fall into the pit and out of the way. From there, Kirby can do this to a couple more Shotzos before reaching a steep slope downward with more enemies on it. The door to the next section can be found at the bottom of the hill, guarded by a Kabu.

The door leads to a flat rocky area where two Flamers can be found in the air. One is stick inside a quartet of rock blocks, and the other is orbiting around a single block. Swallowing either one will grant Kirby the Burning ability. The path continues to the right, past some rudimentary enemies until several waterfalls can be found pouring into bottomless pits. A number of Bronto Burts wait in these pits to ambush Kirby. After passing the last one, the door to the next section can be found, guarded by a Sparky.

Kirby is led into stone cave which winds downward past more enemies, including some aquatic ones like the Coner and Glunk. There is a shallow pool at the bottom of the cave shaft which contains a couple more of these creatures. The door to the next section can be found just to the right from here.

Kirby enters an open, flat plain with soft platform decks and many enemies immediately approaching from the right. The path continues past a small slope, leading a a more tight deck structure patrolled by more enemies. A Maxim Tomato can be found on the bottom deck, which Kirby will need to circle around a bit to get. From there, the stage exit can be found, guarded by a Hot Head.
