Wise Waddle Dee is a Waddle Dee who wears glasses and a black scholar's cap and sits on a bench in Waddle Dee Town in Kirby and the Forgotten Land. He serves as a source of information for Kirby, and will tell him about various things when approached, including information on which Copy Abilities other players are using, where Blueprints that the player missed can be found, and the player's personal records. He can sometimes be seen with an open book at his feet. Listening to all information from him will net the player a Gotcha Figure of Wise Waddle Dee.
