Dig and Duck! Runaway Parade (Twin Drill Treasure for short) is a stage in Treasure Road, found in Redgar Forbidden Lands. This stage tasks Kirby with completing a challenge revolving around the use of Twin Drill, digging under a series of Runaway Parade Car paths. The stage is unlocked upon completing Conquer the Inferno Road. In order to access this challenge, Kirby needs to have acquired Twin Drill. It is marked by two stars of difficulty and has a stage time of two minutes and 30 seconds (two minutes in Wild Mode), with a target time of one minute.

Stage details[edit]

This stage consists of a long continuous path that leads Kirby under fenced areas and through a series of rooms and roads where Runaway Parade Cars move quickly along set paths. Kirby will spend most of his time underground using the power of Twin Drill to quickly make his way through the path while avoiding the spike pits and resurfacing to break boxes in the way. At the end of this long path, Kirby can make a leap through a Star Coin hoop to reach the Rare Stone at the end.

Tips[edit]

The following are tips on how to attain the target time for this stage:

  • For the most part, Kirby should be ignoring enemies in this stage by digging under them. The only thing he really needs to surface to do is break the boxes on the path.
  • Twin Drill can travel for quite a while before Kirby needs to resurface, so there should be little worry about resurfacing in the middle of a parade car path.
