Source for the name of recoil stars?[edit]
I was wondering where the name for recoil stars came from, and haven’t had much luck tracking it down. This page doesn’t seem to source the name, so I was wondering if anyone knows where it came from. Aeon Hero (talk) 21:08, 8 March 2022 (UTC)
- It would be worth having a look. I believe that the name comes from somewhere, perhaps a manual or pause caption describing a boss or mid-boss. I can take a look. --Samwell (talk) 21:12, 8 March 2022 (UTC)
- For the time being, Kirby and the Forgotten Land simply calls them "stars" if you dawdle for too long in a boss fight without a Copy Ability. Not sure if they were specifically called Recoil Stars in older material at all, but we'll see... – Owencrazyboy17 (talk) 21:42, 8 March 2022 (UTC)
