Organization of this navbox[edit]

Honestly I'm struggling to understand how this navbox is currently organized. What goes in the category simply called "Game Design"? What is considered a Game mechanic instead of just "Game Design"?

I just added a "Recurring game modes and menus" section to try to make some sense out of it (since Extra Mode was in Game Design for example), but then was at a lost as to how to categorize everything else. If we want this navbox to list recurring elements of Kirby games we need to also figure out the scope of it. Currently this navbox feels like it has whatever misc page that doesn't fit in other navboxes, do we want that? - Gigi (talkedits) 20:45, 27 February 2024 (UTC)

Agreed, I feel like there's no real distinction between the two right now and game design feels like it should be more for pages like HAL Laboratory music equipment that cover how the series is made. I wonder if getting rid of the design/mechanic distinction and splitting it by general game mechanics/elements (Health, Cutscene, CPU, etc.) and Kirby-specific ones (Point Stars, GRAB IT!, Goal Game, etc.) would be better. ---PinkYoshiFan 22:27, 27 February 2024 (UTC)
