Kine's Theme is a somewhat slower-paced and laid-back tune, characterized by the contrast between its steady percussion and its main melody. Its two main verses run in 4/4 time signature, and are equal to each-other in length. Notably, the introductory verse which does not loop in the song is fairly long in and of itself, being half the length of one of the main verses.

This can be seen as a somewhat odd musical cameo, as Kine himself does not appear in this game outside of a [[Stone]] transformation.

As a medley, it's paired with [[Rick's Theme]] and [[Coo's Theme]]. Notably, the song is played in a lower key than usual, and primarily focuses on oboes. This version is arranged by [[Shogo Sakai]].
