Patch Land is the main setting of Kirby's (Extra) Epic Yarn. It can be reached via the Magic Socks and consists of seven distinct wedge-shaped lands, each with their own climate and motif, woven together by the Magic Yarn. The only significant town in Patch Land is that on Quilty Square, which is overseen by Prince Fluff. The entirety of Patch Land consists of cloth, textiles, fabrics, and yarn as though it were an animated tapestry. Kirby is able to manipulate the stitchery by pulling on threads and rippling the cloth to close wide chasms.
Patch Land is the main setting of Kirby's Epic Yarn. It is found in a sock and is ruled by Prince Fluff. It has varying climate, being hot in some areas and cool in others.  The entirety of Patch Land consists of cloth, textiles, fabrics, and yarn as though it were an animated tapestry. Kirby is able to manipulate the stitchery by pulling on threads and rippling the cloth to close wide chasms. Kirby himself is able to manipulate the fabric of his being to alter forms to suit his needs. Rather than the use of Copy Abilities, Kirby is able to zip through based on his circumstances; comparable to automatically having goggles on when jumping into water in other titles.

In Kirby's (Extra) Epic Yarn, Kirby is sent to Patch Land by Yin-Yarn after eating his Metamato. There, Kirby is transformed into a yarn outline of himself and as such, can no longer use his Inhale. Instead, he is able to use the power of the Metamato to transform into a number of different forms, which he uses to traverse the kingdom and put the seven pieces of Patch Land back together, which had been torn apart by Yin-Yarn in order to steal the Magic Yarn. Kirby meets up with Prince Fluff and the two of them embark on this journey together, traversing all seven lands as they stitch them back together again. Once Patch Land is fully restored, they head to Dream Land via the Magic Sock to defeat Yin-Yarn.

Ambiguity
In the Japanese versions of Kirby's Epic Yarn and Kirby's Extra Epic Yarn, Fluff is specifically the prince of the "yarn country" (毛糸の国) in the "yarn world" (毛糸の世界). Note that the term「国」can mean anything from a "country" to a "kingdom" to a "realm"; previous uses in the series have been translated as "world", such as the Mirror World (鏡の国), or even Dream Land itself as a "world of peace" (へいわなくに).
Given that「世界」unambiguously means "world", it is likely that the "yarn world" is a larger area than the smaller "yarn country". That said, it is left unclear whether Fluff's jurisdiction, the "yarn country", comprises the entire world that was stitched back together in the events of Kirby's Epic Yarn, or merely a specific realm within the world, or even whether the continents of Patch Land are themselves the entirety of the "yarn world".
Most localizations, including both of the English ones, make no distinction between the "yarn country" and the "yarn world," using "Patch Land" or a second-hand translation of it to refer to both. As a result, while the distinction between the "yarn country" and the "yarn world" in the original Japanese is already ambiguous, the English localizations (and others that follow them) are even more unclear as to what exactly Fluff's title as "the prince of Patch Land" entails. The Korean version follows the Japanese version more closely in this aspect, referring to the "yarn country" (털실 나라) with a term distinct from the "yarn world" (털실 세계).

Trivia
Trivia
* Patch Land may not actually be in the yarn sock. This can be shown by the fact that the yarn sock is two-way. Also, after the final battle (which took place in Dream Land), Kirby and Fluff launch Yin-Yarn's knitting needles back to Patch Land, which is seen in the background.
*In many places, Patch Land is visible from Dream Land. It is unclear if this is always the case, or if Patch Land just happened to be close by at the time.
