There, Kirby is transformed into a yarn outline of himself and as such, can no longer use his [[Inhale]]. Instead, he is able to use the power of the Metamato to transform into a number of different forms, which he uses to traverse the kingdom and put the seven pieces of Patch Land back together, which had been torn apart by Yin-Yarn in order to steal the Magic Yarn. Kirby meets up with [[Prince Fluff]] and the two of them embark on this journey together, traversing all seven lands as they stitch them back together again. Once Patch Land is fully restored, they head to Dream Land via the Magic Sock to defeat Yin-Yarn.
