| In this menu, the player will need to spend real money to obtain a quantity of Gem Apples to use in the game. Transactions are handled through the Nintendo eShop. Buying Gem Apples will also cause the tree in the village to grow, allowing greater yields in each harvest.

| While there is no upper limit on the number of Gem Apples which can be purchased, in-game notifications discourage the player from purchasing more than 5000 total. On occasion, the Shoppe gives out a few Gem Apples for free, which can be obtained by selecting the gift box in the Gem Apples menu.
