After getting away from Blocky, Tiff and Tuff try to prepare Kirby for a rematch. Using a tip from Meta Knight, they have Kirby try to inhale stones, but they find he cannot inhale the bigger ones. They do realize he could make them budge, however, so they trick Blocky into standing on a cliff and make him fall, splitting into four smaller Blockys that Kirby is able to inhale. Kirby eats one of the Blocky pieces and transforms into [[Stone]] Kirby. Kirby then battles the remaining Blocky pieces and manages to best them.
