This episode marks the debut of [[Dyna Blade]] in the anime series. It also features the first speaking roles of [[Kine]] the sunfish and [[Tuggle]].

==Plot synopsis==

From there, some Cappy villagers complain to the group that their [[Watermelon]] field has been completely destroyed. The group blames Kirby for this, particularly when they see him eating one. They chase him down, prompting Kirby to run toward the craggy cliffs. Once Kirby has lost them, he begins to fantasize about food, and starts chasing a plate which seems to be oddly moving away from him. He is then captured by King Dedede and Escargoon who had been using the food as a decoy. Tokkori spots this happening and decides to tail King Dedede, while Rick looks on. Dedede and Escargoon lead Kirby to a craggy mountain peak, where a giant egg lays in a nest. They encourage Kirby to eat the egg and then leave him to it. Kirby fantasizes about the egg as he approaches, but the scene ends before anything else happens.

As Kirby starts to lose the fight, King Dedede and Escargoon attempt to fire at his Warp Star, but Dyna Blade sees this as an attack, and reflects the shot back to them, destroying their vehicle once again. The Warp Star slams into Dyna Blade, allowing Kirby to escape and fall to the coastline. Dyna Blade rallies and prepares to strike at Kirby once more, but at that moment, Dyna Blade's chick emerges from behind a crevice. Dyna Blade stops as Kirby feeds the chick from a banana tree. Dyna Blade lands to tend to its chick, prompting Kirby to run away and hide in fear, but Dyna Blade assures Kirby she means him no more harm. From there, Tokkori shows up and reveals that it had been Kirby's intention to eat the egg, but it hatched shortly after Kirby had begun to cook it, prompting Kirby to look after the chick. At this realization, Kirby runs off in fear of being attacked again, but the group forgives him, as he appears to have learned his lesson. The episode ends with no hard feelings.

*This episode marks the first time that Kirby was primarily responsible for damage wrought on Dream Land and Cappy Town, though King Dedede did instigate his actions.
