Speedy Teatime is one of the four Sub-Games in Kirby: Squeak Squad. In it, Kirby competes against Storo and other Kirbys (if played with other people) in a race to fill their stomachs by eating cake. It can be seen as a spiritual successor to Speed Eaters.

Gameplay
The competitors basically have to take the cake and gulp it down before the other do the same. However, the cake does not come out at once. It is rather served from a plate with a cover. The cover will be lifted at varying times. If Kirby tries to eat before the cover is lifted, he will be restrained from eating any cake on the plate. This is shown with a big red X. To eat, Kirby must touch the cake with the stylus . The Kirbys and Storo's stomachs are represented by a gauge with 8 bars. Every time Kirby or Storo eats a small cake, 1 bar is filled. Every time he eats a big cake, 2 bars are filled. Every time he eats a cake with a bomb in it, however, he is temporarily stunned so that he cannot eat any of the next batch. Due to this, Kirby must be cautious at all times. With an increase of levels comes an increase in difficulty of Storo's reaction time and decrease of his likeliness to ingest a bomb cake. This is the only Sub-Game not to show Kirby's results at the end, due to there being a bar system, rather than a points system.
In this Sub-Game, Kirby competes against Storo and other Kirbys (if played with other people) in a race to fill their stomachs by eating cake. The cakes are served through a plate with a cover, which will lift open after a varied amount of time has passed. Once the cover is lifted, the player must tap the cakes on the touch screen using their stylus as fast as they can before Storo or the other Kirbys do the same, so that Kirby can inhale and swallow the cakes. If the player taps too early before the cover opens, Kirby is restricted from eating any cake temporarily until the cover is closed again, which is denoted by a big red "X" on the touch screen.
Ending
If Storo wins, he will be seen smiling, with Kirby being depressed with his fork lifted. On the other hand, if Kirby wins, Storo will be snoring while Kirby is happy with his fork lifted.
The Kirbys and Storo each have their own colored gauge with eight bars. The bars are filled by eating the cake that appears on the plate, which varies in size. The small cakes fill up one bar, while large cakes fill up two bars. Sometimes, the plate can reveal a bomb instead, which appears on a small or large cake. If the player or Storo eats a cake with a bomb inside, they will be knocked out by the explosion and be temporarily unable to eat the next batch of cake that appears. The player who manages to fill up their own gauge before the others do is declared the winner.

The Sub-Game features three difficulty levels, starting with Level 1. An increase in difficulty results in Storo having a faster reaction time than Kirby to eat the cake, and also makes him less likely to ingest any bombs that appear.
