::::It gave me an idea, that system seems to generate a Featured Image weekly. I'm thinking we can set a time window like say 2-3 months and if the positive votes outweigh the negative ones at the end of the time period then it's featured, if it reaches 10 votes-it's featured and doesn't wait 3 months.
