In their first appearance, Bang-Bangs initially walk on the ground, waiting for [[Kirby]] to come near. Once he does, they momentarily stop and, after a few seconds of aiming, proceed to attack by launching themselves at him. While airborne, Bang-Bangs relentlessly home in on Kirby. However, they have bad deceleration and cannot turn around very fast, which can be exploited to cause them to miss their target. After traveling through the air for a set amount of time, Bang-Bangs begin to flash red and eventually self-destruct, harming Kirby if he is caught in the blast. Smashing into an obstacle or directly hitting Kirby likewise causes them to explode. Bang-Bangs have low health and can be destroyed by any attack.
