Souvenir Shop Waddle Dee is a character in Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe. He operates a Souvenir Shop in Merry Magoland, which can be accessed upon completion of Cookie Country - Stage 1. He wears a blue bow tie and a peakless blue cap with both red and yellow stripes and a white star. If spoken to, he will offer Kirby the option to wear Dress-Up Masks or to take along a Souvenir Item.
After Merry Magoland has been unlocked, he can be found standing outside of Magolor's ship in the Story Mode, once again giving Kirby the option to wear a Dress-Up Mask or to take along a Souvenir Item.
