History of Dedede is a remix melody of different versions of King Dedede's Theme throughout the history of the Kirby series (as of Kirby: Triple Deluxe).
Composition
This melody consists of retro arrangements of the following themes in order:
- Intro of Masked Dedede's theme;
- Dedede's Theme from Kirby's Dream Land;
- Boss Battle Theme from Kirby's Adventure;
- Mecha Dedede's theme from Kirby's Dream Course;
- Masked Dedede's full theme (only this section is looped in play).
Notable Appearances
Kirby Fighters Deluxe
This melody first appears during the final boss fight against King Dedede in Kirby Fighters Deluxe only if the 'Very Hard' difficulty is selected.
Kirby Star Allies
This melody reappears and replaces Macho of Dedede (Dedede's Theme in Star Allies) when King Dedede is fought on 'Soul Melter' difficulty in The Ultimate Choice of Kirby Star Allies.
This melody can be found as Music 162 in Kirby Star Allies's Sound Room as of Version 2.0.0.
