This stage takes place in Prince Fluff's royal castle. It starts off in front of the gates of Quilty Square. The tutorial signs teach the player how to jump and destroy both the empty and filled yarn blocks, swimming and climbing ladders. In the pond where swimming is taught a two-star bonus star can be found. Right after the first ladder a three-star bonus star can be found in the clouds above a [[Waddle Dee]] with spear.

The first treasure, the [[Furniture|Chandelier]], can be found on a platform reachable by a short ladder. Behind that platform, the tutorial teaches the player how to enter the green house and how to turn into a parachute. Behind the house, Patch Castle starts.
