Delete, and if yes, which one?[edit]
This file is duplicate of File:KSA - A Farewell to Kirby.ogg, except one second longer and in .mp3 format instead of .ogg. Neither of them are used on mainspace article yet, so should we delete one (since it's basically a duplicate), and if yes, which one? (asking this as I don't know much about audio stuff) Superbound (talk) 13:35, 22 September 2020 (UTC)
- I uploaded every file from Gigi's sandbox in the "Star Allies" tab, for her list of songs that could potentially get pages. My reasoning for why was detailed in Discord, but to summarize, "It's easier to upload everything then go back and delete duplicates than it is to double check every song and try to find an associated file". So basically, I uploaded each track knowing there was a good chance many would be deleted. My take is, delete this one and any other duplicates you find, since that was what I planned for originally. - After some discussion on the Discord, we decided it was preferable to have mp3 files over ogg. So this file stays and the other gets deleted. LeoUnlimited (talk) 14:39, 22 September 2020 (UTC)
