"Fun Castle" is a jolly, unserious-sounding theme in the key of G major. This 6/8 timed theme also has a bouncy beat that is played with brass like instruments.
"Opening" is a calm and mysterious theme starting in 3/4 time and F major. The theme begins with a short drumbeat, followed with a warbling synth playing the melody, a descending bass,woodwind-like instruments playing the last three eighth-notes of each measure, and some percussion backing up the tune. The eight-measure phrase repeats itself twice before changing the lead instrument into a different synth playing long notes. As the melody plays, both the pitch of the "woodwind" and the bass ascend (the latter goes through a note progression of a G minor chord,  a C7 chord (with the 3rd interval, E, being replaced with a D-note), a B-flat major chord, and ends with a few low F notes). After this portion, the time signature changes from 3/4 to 4/4.

Opening[conjectural title] originates from Kirby's Dream Land 3. This theme, like all other themes from said game, is from Jun Ishikawa, and can be found as the 33rd theme in the game's Sound Test.

Composition[edit]
