— in-game tip from Kirby Star Allies

The Divine Terminus is the final main stage of Far-Flung Starlight Heroes in Kirby Star Allies, taking place on Jambandra. To unlock this stage, Jambandra Base must be cleared. The stage is a short jaunt through an outer space region, which ends with Kirby and his allies at the altar for what they likely had hoped to be the final showdown. Completing this stage leads into the final level; Kirby Star Allies.

Overview[edit]

The stage begins in a hallway, where Kirby will have to deal with moving blocks and falling enemies.

From there, another hall must be traversed with moving bridges over pits.

Kirby ventures into an open area where more platforms form into an incomplete bridge to the next area.

The last area before the big showdown lets Kirby choose between several different Copy Essences.

At the terminus proper, Kirby faces down against Zan Partizanne one last time, who tries to stop him from interfering with Hyness's ritual. She is defeated, prompting Hyness to stop what he is doing and turn toward the Star Allies. After callously kicking Zan out of the way, he goes into an insane ramble about his banishment and his desire to awaken his dark lord. He then engages Kirby in battle. During the fight, Hyness gets his veil knocked off, showing his true face. At this point, he drains the life of the Three Mage-Sisters and then uses their unconscious bodies to fight with. Despite this, Hyness is defeated, and promptly sacrifices the Mage-Sisters and himself to reawaken their dark lord - leading into the final showdown with Void Termina.

Rare Picture Piece Guide[edit]

Kirby successfully makes the leap.

In the second hallway, a round-trip door can be found which leads to a Key challenge. Completing this challenge yields the picture piece.

Trivia[edit]

  • The look of the main altar at The Divine Terminus changes depending on the mode being played, the version of the game, as well as which character is in the first player slot. There are six different looks to the area, as follows:
    • Look 1 - Used in Story Mode, the original lobby of Heroes in Another Dimension and when fighting Zan Partizanne and Hyness in The Ultimate Choice.
    • Look 2 - Used in Guest Star ???? Star Allies Go! for Kirby, all Friends, King Dedede, Meta Knight, and Bandana Waddle Dee; after clearing the first dimension in Heroes in Another Dimension; and when battling Morpho Knight in The Ultimate Choice.
    • Look 3 - Used in Guest Star ???? Star Allies Go! for Rick & Kine & Coo, Marx, and Gooey in Version 2.0.0; as the lobby after clearing two dimensions in Heroes in Another Dimension; and when battling Morpho Knight as the Wave 1 Dream Friends on Soul Melter difficulty of The Ultimate Choice. The pool is reminiscent of the Hyper Zone.
    • Look 4 - Used in Guest Star ???? Star Allies Go! for the Wave 1 Dream Friends, Adeleine & Ribbon, Dark Meta Knight and Daroach in Version 3.0.0; as the lobby after clearing three dimensions onwards in Heroes in Another Dimension; and when battling Morpho Knight as the Wave 2 Dream Friends on Soul Melter difficulty of The Ultimate Choice. The pool is reminiscent of the background during the boss battle.
    • Look 5 - Used for the final battles in Heroes in Another Dimension and the fights against Corrupt Hyness and The Three Mage-Sisters in The Ultimate Choice. The pool is reminiscent of Another Dimension.
    • Look 6 - Used in Guest Star ???? Star Allies Go! for all the Dream Friends added post-launch in Version 4.0.0; the ending of Heroes in Another Dimension; when battling Morpho Knight as Magolor, Taranza, Susie, or The Three Mage-Sisters on Soul Melter difficulty of The Ultimate Choice; and when battling Morpho Knight EX on Soul Melter EX difficulty of The Ultimate Choice, regardless of character selection. The pool is the same as Look 5.
      • There is a minor change to Look 6 during the final scenes of the Happy Ending in Heroes in Another Dimension, where the pool in Look 6 reverts to the floor of Look 1.
