Featured Article Nomination
What a Featured Article is:
  1. An article marked as "Good".
  2. An article with an official (non-conjectural) name (more details on the naming policy page).
  3. An article with an opening abstract of sufficient length, preferably consisting of at least two paragraphs.
  4. An article with proper documentation. (no substantial info is missing)
  5. Sound of format. (no improvement notice templates are present)
  6. Sufficient overall length. (at least 5000 bytes long)
  7. Not a list page, disambiguation page, or subpage.
  8. Properly categorized.
  9. Not an orphaned page. (at least one article links to it)
Voting Regulations
  1. Voting is currently open to all registered users.
  2. All votes must be signed with signatures (type four tildes (~~~~.)) Unsigned votes are automatically negated, regardless of any points made.
  3. An article will become automatically featured if it receives five (5) valid votes to support it and two (2) days have passed since the nomination.
  4. After two (2) weeks of being nominated, an article will be featured if it does not have more opposition than support. (this means a tie or zero votes will still result in a feature)
  5. An article will fail to become featured if it receives five (5) valid oppositions.
  6. There may be no more than six (6) nominated articles at one time. Do not add any more than this.
  7. The editor who puts the article up for nomination may not vote on it.
  8. Please add all oppositions/supports on a new line beginning with a number/pound/hash sign (#) to automatically create an alphanumeric list.
  9. All votes with comments perceived by the staff as hostile or rude to another user will be removed. Be civil and polite.
  10. Staff members reserve the right to negate any votes without notification of the voter if they are found to be in violation of any of these rules or if suspected of trolling.
Nomination Cooldown
Once an article has attained featured status, a total of thirty (30) days must pass before it can be nominated for unfeaturement.

Current Nominations

Jukebox (March 16th, 2022 - March 30th, 2022)

The Jukebox page is one I want to feature, too, since it just got finished up and now has nice tables for all the track lists in each game, plus images for each. It'd be a very unique page to feature. What do you think? StarPunch (talk) 01:48, 16 March 2022 (UTC)

  3. Huge support. This page used to be really small and had almost no details for specific games, and over time it was expanded by multiple users until it became what it is today. It deserves to be featured. - Gigi (talk • edits) 11:43, 16 March 2022 (UTC)

  6. It's a comprehensive list of tracks that a lot of us helped build. While I'd prefer an article about Music in general, this one is also worthy of recognition. ⁠–⁠Wiz (talk · edits) 22:29, 17 March 2022 (UTC)

This article simply lists every musical piece of every game that features the respective music list in a very clean way, giving the place in where each composition plays to guide those who doesn't know or remember in where was each tune heard, describing how to unlock the menu with its respective tracks, and, being the highlight for me, mentioning the official name of each theme if one is available, thus being a good resource of information about official track names, and those with conjectural titles marked as such, to avoid confusion. It is just a very good resourceful page, exceeding in it as most as it could, and even illustrating how the menu is seen in each game. I also would like to mention each one of this page's seven sub-pages and how is that all of them have the same ascended treatment as the main page has. If you want to learn about the Kirby soundtracks, just go here; it simply is one if not the most informative resource of them that there is. Whispy Woods (March 16th, 2022 - March 30th, 2022)

Poor Whispy was unfeatured some time ago due to not having a Kirby's Dream Course locations table. Well, now he has one, and his page is looking quite nice as well. I think we should re-feature him. --Samwell (talk) 00:28, 16 March 2022 (UTC)

  6. This article covers mister Whispy's info solid as wood. It rightfully covers the fact that he appears in various places, it lists and distinguish his look-alikes for people that may confuse him with other beings similar as him, it describes each of his game appearances with a good amount of information, and it even mentions what could possibly be his actual real life height! This article couldn't get better, or at least, not so much better, seeing the high branch in where it is now. -Kirbeat (talk) 08:33, 19 March 2022 (UTC)
