In the last room, the star blocks form a crude shape depicting a happy face, followed by what appear to be the breasts, navel, and groin of an adult woman, which cannot fit a single screen. It is unclear why this formation exists in the stage, and has never been officially acknowledged by HAL Laboratory or by Nintendo, although it was shown in the Nintendo Official Guidebook for the game.

The only caveat of this responsive style is that it needs the CSS extension tag to adapt the width specifically better when the screen is smaller.

TL;DR: when the screen is smaller than 768px width, the boxes (which have a class called evolutions-box will have a fixed width of 200px. If this is not applied, the responsive behaviour is not lost, but the boxes will fill 100% of the width left.

In that case, you might want to try making another account. If that doesn't work either, let us know what the account's name was and we'll have a look. Also, the image in question comes from Island of the Lost Warrior, from the anime series. Ay I found out that the floating gloves in Dream Buffet are called Server Hands from the "Tasty Tidbits" on the home table!
