I made a version of this that would be not formatted as an external link, putting [[{{TALKSPACE}}:{{PAGENAME}}|<span title="{{TALKSPACE}}:{{PAGENAME}}">{{#switch:{{{1|}}}|{{Void}}=talk page|#default={{{1}}}}}</span>]]
inside the includeonly tags (why are those there anyways?) Should we use that instead, or is there a reason that it's formatted as an external link? ---PinkYoshiFan 14:08, 4 July 2020 (UTC)
- The format as an external link is probably used to avoid making it look red if it doesn't exist. I don't see why we should shun red links though. pandakekok9 (poyo) 13:14, 26 December 2020 (UTC)
- I also think talk page red links are alright and there's no need to turn them into external links. Superbound (talk) 14:28, 31 December 2020 (UTC)
