Advice[edit]

Hey, when you tag, for example, an image for deletion, you don't have to create talk page for it, as the deletion template ({{Delete}}) has a special parameter in which you can specify a reason. Simply, separate your reason with |, which should like this: {{delete|duplicate of [[:File:Magolor Super Kirby Clash.png]]}} and it will do the trick. If you are unsure how it works, you can test it out in Sandbox. Cheers. Superbound (talk) 13:12, 2 October 2020 (UTC)

Invite[edit]

Greetings, LemonLimePopRocks. So far, you've seemed quite interested in editing. Your beginning slipups are natural. I once had them (and still do). However, would you be interested in joining our Discord server? That way, you can more easily ask any questions regarding editing. I'm located there, as well as most of the staff. Read more about it here, and follow this link if you decide to join. -- Jellytost (talk) 05:14, 16 November 2020 (UTC)

Using screenshots from FANDOM[edit]

Greetings, LemonLimePopRocks. I notice you updated some screenshots recently, sourcing them from the Kirby FANDOM. I'd like to inform you that this is something we try to avoid doing here at WiKirby. Unlike artwork, screenshots are taken by users, and as such, they can be considered to be the property of that user to a certain extent. As such, when we take screenshots from another wiki, particularly FANDOM, we may be seen as simply leeching their content. I'm actually in the process of replacing low quality Kirby 64 images, so I can get you my own captures of the images in question. We don't need to take screenshots from FANDOM under any circumstance going forward. Thank you for understanding. --Samwell (talk) 16:11, 30 January 2021 (UTC)
