Infobox

Hallo there. I don't know what you were trying to do with the Character infobox, but it looks like it's not a change that's supposed to be made to the template itself. Templates like infoboxes can be inserted into articles by pasting their specific template code there; information can then be added by filling in fields within the code inserted into the article. The actual template is not altered to do this. Please refer to the individual templates' "Usage" section for what code should be used to implement each one and leave the actual templates alone (unless you wish to add more possible parameters to the template, but please bring those up on the talk page and wait for a consensus before tinkering with the template).

If you were just making test edits, please make those in the Sandbox in the future, which exists entirely for this purpose.--Vellidragon 20:36, 22 October 2012 (CDT)
