Kirby Fighters Deluxe is a Kirby spin-off game for the Nintendo 3DS. It is a stand-alone, upgraded version of Kirby Fighters, a Sub-Game in Kirby: Triple Deluxe. It was released in tandem with Dedede's Drum Dash Deluxe in 2014 for Japan, North America, and South Korea, and in 2015 for Europe and Australia.
A sequel to this game, Kirby Fighters 2, was released for Nintendo Switch on September 24, 2020 worldwide.
Differences from Kirby Fighters
While all content from Kirby Fighters is carried over into this version, new features and stages have been added, which are listed as follows:
New Stages
Five new stages are added to the default seven stages from Kirby Fighters, bringing the total number to twelve (thirteen if Waddle Dee Train Tracks is unlocked):

Final Round: Team DDD

The final battle is against King Dedede and his group of clones made by the Star Rod Hammer Dedede Custom at the Fountain of Dreams. First, the player has to battle all of the Mini Dededes, who after jumping in from the background, are defeated in one hit, so they don't pose much of a threat. After that, Dedede and his two orange Combo Dededes appear to battle Kirby. Once the Combo Dededes are defeated, King Dedede grows over twice his normal size and attacks Kirby. Once he is defeated, the player unlocks a rare outfit for their current copy ability (if they don't already have it).
Trivia
- On the title screen, there is a small chance that one of the Kirbys depicted on the bottom-right will be replaced with King Dedede.
- If Single Player Mode is beaten on Very Hard difficulty, Shadow Kirby will also appear on the title screen, replacing the Pink Kirby.
- If all the Rare Outfits are unlocked, the Kirbys on the title screen will don said outfits for each ability.
- In a Miiverse post by the developers, a working title was considered for Kirby Fighters Deluxe, named Royal Rampage! Pink Fighting Championship.[1]
