"Plains Stage"[Japanese title] is a stage theme from Kirby's Dream Land 3. This theme was composed by Jun Ishikawa, and has also been remixed in Kirby Star Allies.

Kirby's Dream Land 3
This theme is first heard in the fourth stage of Grass Land, and can also be heard in the second stage of Ripple Field.
Kirby Star Allies
In Kirby Star Allies, a faithful arrangement of Plains Stage plays throughout the stage Planet Misteen in Far-Flung Starlight Heroes. This version makes use of higher fidelity instruments and synths, while a second loop is added which features slight deviations in instrumentation and percussion patterns. It is known as ミスティーンオーシャン (Misteen Ocean) in Kirby Star Allies: The Original Soundtrack and is arranged by Jun Ishikawa. This track can be found as Track 063 in the Jukebox.
