Red Canyon - Stage 6 is the final stage of Red Canyon in Kirby's Dream Land 2. This stage is a battle against Mr. Shine & Mr. Bright. Clearing this stage grants access to Cloudy Park.

Boss fight[edit]

Main article: Mr. Shine & Mr. Bright

The fight with this tag-team boss duo takes place on a flat arena. This fight is much the same as in Kirby's Adventure, but with a few caveats. Firstly, each foe takes 4 Star Bullets to defeat, and secondly, the two can perform a special eclipse attack, where Kirby has to hide in the shaded area, or take damage. Defeating these two opens the path to the sixth island, Cloudy Park.

Bonus Chance[edit]

Entering the door after defeating Mr. Shine & Mr. Bright offers a special game instead of a rematch. Kirby is tasked with collecting stars from Mr. Bright while avoiding both Mr. Shine's bounding about and Mr. Bright's projectiles. Collecting all the stars is necessary for a perfect performance.
