“ | The aggressive boss of all Tortuildings dwells within the Forbidden Zone of Redgar. When this hothead finds a suitably sweltering spot, it stays put. It's reckless with its attacks, shooting chunks of concrete out of its mouth to hit faraway enemies. | ” | — Figure description from Kirby and the Forgotten Land |
Big Red Tortuilding is a special variant of a Tortuilding who appears as a member of the Beast Pack and an enemy in Kirby and the Forgotten Land. Like other Tortuildings, it is a giant tortoise-like creature that uses an entire building as its shell. Tortuilding cannot be inhaled nor harmed by any regular attack. Unlike Tortuilding, it does not try to bite Kirby, instead spitting flaming chunks of concrete. The only thing that can defeat it is by using Cone Mouth to slam the top of its shell to break it, though the size of this creature means Kirby needs to get up high before he can land on the shell.
Big Red Tortuilding is solely found at the end of the The Beast Pack's Final Stand and Forgo Zone, its latter appearance being an embodiment on how Soul Forgo remembers it. At the end of The Beast Pack's Final Stand, Kirby must use Cone Mouth to save the Waddle Dees at the end of the stage.
Big Red Tortuilding's name is self-explanatory, as it is a Tortuilding that is big and red. Despite the name, Big Red Tortuilding does not appear to be any bigger than the standard Tortuilding.
