Souvenir Shop Waddle Dee is a character in Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe. He operates a Souvenir Shop in Merry Magoland, which can be accessed upon completion of Cookie Country - Stage 1. He wears a blue bow tie and a peakless blue cap with both red and yellow stripes and a white star. If spoken to, he will offer Kirby the option to wear Dress-Up Masks or to take along a Souvenir Item.

After Merry Magoland has been unlocked, he can be found standing outside the Lor Starcutter and in the Cookie Country level hub in the Main Mode, once again giving Kirby the option to wear a Dress-Up Mask or to take along a Souvenir Item.
