This game marks the theme's debut and is used mostly in the level of the same name.

A remix of Orange Ocean plays in Dungeon Dome. It features a faster tempo compared to the original.

Kirby Star Allies

In Kirby Star Allies, the Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land arrangement plays as one of the tunes of Inside Islands.

This version can be found as Track 77 in the Jukebox as of Version 4.0.0.

Other appearances

In the Hoshi no Kirby Yume no Izumi Monogatari soundtrack album, the theme received a vocal remix named 永遠の音符 (Eternal Keynote).
