"Summer Sands and Cool Waves" is a stage theme that is originally from Kirby's Return to Dream Land. This theme was composed by Jun Ishikawa, and plays in Onion Ocean - Stage 2. This theme is the 27th theme in the Jukebox (35th in the remake). So far, this theme hasn't been in any other game.
Composition[edit]
Summer Sands and Cool Waves is a calm theme in the key of C major. The musical style of this theme seems to be a lot similar to bossa-nova, especially the percussion. This theme has instrumentation such as a bell-sounding synth that plays the melody for the first portion of the theme, a relaxing flute, and an acoustic guitar in the background of the theme.
