Jukebox (Kirby Star Allies)
The Jukebox is a menu option in Kirby Star Allies unlocked after clearing Guest Star ???? Star Allies Go!, which allows players to listen to all of the music in the game. This time, a graphic of Kirby along with his friends can be seen playing in a band, with Kirby on the mike, a Burning Leo on guitar, a Waddle Doo on bass, and a Waddle Dee on percussion. If the player presses any buttons not pertaining to the menu while a song is playing, it will cause the band to 'play' their instruments. After Heroes in Another Dimension is cleared with the true ending, this may be replaced with Kirby backed by The Three Mage-Sisters, using modified versions of their weapons as instruments.[1] Kirby Star Allies: The Original Soundtrack has the exact same music from the Jukebox, but presented in a different order.
Once again, the differently-colored musical notes denote who composed each track: blue for Hirokazu Ando, red for Jun Ishikawa and yellow for Yuuta Ogasawara.
Unlike Triple Deluxe and Planet Robobot, not every music track is immediately accessible for listening in the Kirby Star Allies Jukebox. Music unlocks under the following conditions:
- Tracks 141 and 169 unlock after getting The Three Mage-Sisters as a Dream Friend.
- Tracks 150-156 and 229-231 unlock after collecting enough Picture Pieces to view certain Celebration Pictures in the Gallery.
- Tracks 174-183 unlock when certain Dream Friends clear Guest Star ???? Star Allies Go!.
- Tracks 186-196 unlock after clearing Heroes in Another Dimension once regardless of the ending achieved.
- Additionally, Track 197 unlocks after clearing the mode with all 120 Friend Hearts.
- Tracks 208-213, 227 and 228 unlock after clearing Soul Melter EX on The Ultimate Choice.
The following table lists every music track featured in the Jukebox of Kirby Star Allies, as of version 4.0.0. All titles are taken from Kirby Star Allies: The Original Soundtrack.
